At Nanobag, we're seeking a skilled Ads Creative to join our team.We're looking for someone who can blend storytelling, strategy, and visual craft to produce performance-driven ad content across Meta, TikTok, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent creative skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.The role is responsible for developing ad concepts and storyboards that bring our brand values and unique selling points to life. This includes writing engaging scripts and captions for short-form videos, UGC, and motion ads, as well as coordinating production (shooting, editing, or briefing creators) to deliver high-quality content. Additionally, the role involves repurposing assets for multiple formats – Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and static ads.In terms of performance and iteration, the Ads Creative will collaborate with the media buying team to test, analyze, and iterate on creative concepts. They will also track ad performance data to identify what resonates and optimize future creatives. Furthermore, they will continuously A/B test hooks, thumbnails, visuals, and CTAs to drive conversions.In terms of brand and messaging consistency, the Ads Creative will ensure all content aligns with our tone, aesthetic, and sustainability-driven story. They will maintain a cohesive visual language across all paid and organic campaigns, and adapt creatives for different markets while preserving the core brand identity.To be successful in this role, you must have a strong portfolio that showcases your creative abilities. You should be able to demonstrate your experience in creating high-quality ad content that drives results.
