This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Engineer at NKC Constructions Private Limited. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring compliance with building regulations, managing resources, and coordinating with contractors and engineers. Candidate should have an experience of 8 years at least in the highway construction and should have know-how for resource management and daily planning of execution of work. He is expected to work with a positive mindset and hard-working nature. He shall deliver DPR and day vise planning. He will be Site In-charge and liable for any setbacks faced in execution of work. Having skill of Liaison is a plus point.

Qualifications
Proficiency in construction management software/ MS Excel/Word
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Strong Management and Disciplined behavior
Positive Attitude and Empathy towards other Staff and Road users
