Job Summary:
This job will work under the supervision of Manager. This Post is responsible for providing Techno commercial offer aligning to customer Needs. Prime responsibility to provide Business Proposal based on RFQ received from Customer collaborating with Sales, Product Engineering , Manufacturing and Suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
Making Sales proposals /quotations for Products based out of Tungsten Carbide in form of preforms, finished wear products & Surface Technology Solutions for Custom Solution Products.
Work with Plant, Product Engineering and Sourcing team to make Quotes and offers to Customer.
Working with team members to achieve internal metrics, Targets and SLA to internal stake Holders.
Working with internal stake holders to achieve optimum cost of the products .
Negotiate product cost received from Suppliers Bench marking Market / Process value of Products.
Completely Supporting Field Sales from HO related to technical and commercial to Win Orders.
Running Cost saving Projects to optimize the product and process cost in changing Market scenario to keep our Stake in the market.
Automate Costing & Pricing Process time to time to come out with quick response Quotes to customers.

Years of Relevant Work Experience Required: 5 - 8 Years

Preferred Areas of Education, Certifications, and Skills:
Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering /GTTC/CIPET/NTTF or equivalent
SAP/PLM:
Strong hands-on Experience on SAP ERP11 on Manufacturing Industry
Experience on creating Engineering Drawing and concept Designs thru NX is preferred
Should have Exposure to PLM software
Skill in handling Power BI & data analysis is preferred
Technical & Commercial Skills
Must have handled RFQ from customers specifically from Tungsten carbide / Powder Metallurgy Processing or Manufacturing Industry
Must have Experience in involving as Team member in product development
Must have Worked in cost estimation of Products
Must have Exposure to supply chain & Logistics
Must have worked with cost saving Projects
Experience in Microsoft tools in higher end preferably in writing logics and algorithm will be advantage
Manufacturing Skills
Process Planning in Shop floor will be Preferred
Knowledge on BOM and routing will be Preferred
Must have strong machining & Processing Knowledge on shop floor
Knowledge on stage wise Process of Products will be preferred
