The role of Financial Analyst is a key position within our organization. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for executing the month end closing process, including revenue recognition and posting journal entries related to General Ledger accounting.Key Responsibilities:1) Execute the month end closing process relating to revenue recognition.2) Posting Journal entries related to GL accounting.3) Performing revenue reconciliation ERP v/s Portal.4) Coordination with the multiple stakeholders for driving accurate revenue provisioning.5) Driving projections for weekly forecast.6) Circulation of MIS and other Report to respective stakeholders.7) Preparation of month end schedules.8) Preparation of OAR's basis variance analysis.9) Ensure all the accounts are reconciled and supported.10) Assist the external/internal Auditors with the audit queries11) Coordinate with Support teams for any issues/queries.12) Prepare and maintain documented procedures and ensure compliance13) Actively identify and participate in process improvements14) Developing Power BI reports for various day-to-day needs15) Ad-hoc and special projects as neededRequired Skills and Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience. Additionally, you should have at least 3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in revenue accounting. End-to-end accounting knowledge is essential, along with proficiency in MS Office suite. You should also possess good analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills, ability to take ownership of your workload and prioritize meeting deadlines, and strong ethics with an ability to manage confidential data.Benefits:This role offers a challenging and rewarding environment where you can grow and develop your skills.
