Compliance Manager RoleWe are seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee all compliance matters, including research, development, and implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines.This includes developing and reviewing compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines, partnering with regional colleagues to share expertise and best practices, maintaining and enhancing the existing compliance framework, managing whistleblowing platforms, leading and driving investigations, and ensuring follow-up on questions or issues that may arise.The Compliance Manager will also drive Third-Party Screening programs, develop creative compliance activities, support compliance initiatives, research and develop ethics and compliance training materials, provide relevant training, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.This role involves administrative support to Legal and Compliance activities, coordinating and managing local ledgers for Gift & Entertainment, coordinating annual and ad-hoc COI declarations, supporting Global Legal Operations, and supporting the coordination and planning of Governance, Risk, and Compliance Committee meetings.Supporting the management and reporting of the regional whistleblowing platform is also a key responsibility.Job RequirementsDegree holder in Law (LLB).At least 12 years of experience in the Compliance function or similar capacity in a global multi-national company environment.Strong analytical skills, ability to handle complex issues, and approach them from multiple angles.Ability to handle confidential and sensitive data in a mature and professional manner.A self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer-oriented mindset, and ability to work effectively across culturally diverse teams.Proficient in English both written and spoken; any other language is a plus.About UsThis is an opportunity to join our organization and contribute to our mission.
