Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Training Manager - French Language & Development to lead our comprehensive training initiatives, focusing on advanced French language proficiency and professional skills development.The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional, responsible for delivering high-quality training programs across various business units.The Training Manager - French Language & Development will oversee the full training cycle—from needs analysis to evaluation for all French language, cultural, and professional skills programs.Strategic Leadership & Program ManagementDesign and Strategy: Lead the design of engaging training content and materials, ensuring alignment with global standards and business objectives.Curriculum Development: Oversee the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of high-quality training content and materials, ensuring alignment with global standards and business objectives.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership and department heads to identify critical skill gaps and forecast future training needs.Trainer of Trainers (ToT) & Quality AssuranceTrain-the-Trainer (ToT): Design and deliver Train-the-Trainer programs to develop and mentor internal trainers.Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching and performance feedback to improve instructional design and delivery skills.Quality Control: Establish quality assurance mechanisms for all training sessions, including observation and feedback.French Language Expertise & DeliveryAdvanced Facilitation: Facilitate complex training sessions in French for leadership, high-potential employees, or specialized roles.Cultural Competence: Ensure all training integrates key cultural nuances and business etiquette relevant to French-speaking markets and professional contexts.This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Training Manager - French Language & Development.
