Job TitleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Consultant to join our team.The ideal candidate will have extensive business knowledge and a deep understanding of Oracle EBS and Fusion Finance Modules, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Job DescriptionThis is a senior-level position that requires a high degree of expertise in finance and accounting. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the production support for a group of US clients from offshore.Key responsibilities include:Participating in rollouts, implementation, and upgrade of Oracle Fusion Finance modules as a Functional specialist.Gathering requirements from business users and providing functional design documents to the technical team.Functioning as a Solution Architect and suggesting solutions from oracle finance modules to meet the business requirements of our US clients.Understanding and supporting the integration between Oracle Finance modules and third-party applications like Concur for expense reporting, ADP for Payroll Integration, AP Invoice processing Automation, Tax rate uploads, Forex rate uploads, and interfaces with Banks.Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:Two or three years of leading post-production support of Oracle EBS or Fusion applications.6-10 years relevant experience in Fusion.Good understanding of Oracle EBS and/or Finance modules: GL, AR, AP, FA, CM, EBTax, and SLA.Knowledge of Accounting flows in Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Manufacturing and Inventory.Proficiency in Excel and use of advanced features like Pivot Table, vlookup.Knowledge of backend Oracle tables in EBS finance modules and ability to query data using SQL.BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a competitive salary and benefits package, including:A challenging and rewarding role with opportunities for career growth and development.A collaborative and dynamic work environment.A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
