Will also be responsible for creating innovative solutions to web design issues to help make the website more visually appealing and enhance usability. Do not list any duties or responsibilities that require less than 5% of the role's time.)Please use the following rows to clarify the responsibilities.35%of TimeWork directly with various stakeholders to make sure the requirements get completed on time.There needs to be close interaction and collaboration with:Global business teams (Marketing/BX/Core sites/branded sites teams) to gather project requirementsOur digital agency partners/SEO partners to customized content generatedManage contractors (from resource planning, to work delivery and review) to do the publishing for respective brandsQA team to make sure all updates are made, and the site is good to goWeb hosting team for domain requirementsRequirement Gathering & Business Coordination:Partner with marketing and brand teams to understand content and website requirements.Translate business needs into structured briefs and publishing/development tasks.Facilitate prioritization meetings and sprint planning with content and tech teams.30%Content Management System:Work closely with content partners and ad-hoc teams to communicate requirements and create websites with high-quality content across different brands and countries.Tasks include:Understand and analyze content to fit the platformEnsure content is updated within timelines and data quality is achievedCheck Page Layouts and Review HTML coding to fix issues if any15%of TimeProject & Delivery ManagementMonitor the teams shared mailbox. Respond to clients on queries or requests. Provide solution to queries or guide the clients. Commit on timelines, allocate requests, and communicate back once work is completed.Add and Assign projects to the team through JIRA. Ensure completion of the same before / on due date. Maintain ongoing communication with requestor regarding project concerns, any changes in due dates / resource availability, etcTrack requests and delivery status using JIRA or similar tools. Update JIRA with the feedback and ensure corrective steps are taken.Coordinate with publishing, QA, and development teams to ensure timely delivery.Maintain project trackers, update stakeholders, and flag risks proactively.Work as a Subject Matter Expert on the functional domain and support the team for functional queries. Troubleshoot queries on floor and escalate to manager as needed10%of TimeReporting & InsightsCreate and maintain dashboards to track publishing capacity, SLA compliance, and content performance (using Excel, Power BI, or other tools).Present data-driven insights and recommendations to business and leadership teams.10%of TimeOther:Proactively problem-solve system, content and digital asset issues.
