Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Data Integration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data management group, you will be responsible for integrating and mapping customer data from various client source systems to our industry-leading platform.Your primary focus will be on ensuring accurate and timely data conversions through the use of strong technical data migration, scripting, and organizational skills. You will work closely with clients and project managers to scope, develop, test, and implement conversion/integration activities.The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience assessing data and analytic requirements to establish mapping rules from source to target systems to meet business objectives. They should also have working knowledge of extract, transform, load (ETL) methodologies and tools such as Informatica, DataStage, Dell Boomi, etc.In addition, the successful candidate will possess strong SQL scripting experience and be able to effectively communicate with clients and/or project managers throughout the conversion/integration process.Required Skills and QualificationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsExperience with real-time, batch, and ETL for complex data conversionsWorking knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologiesAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyBenefitsWe offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where continuous learning, teamwork, and disciplined execution are key.
