Job Description:The role of Compliance Manager entails establishing and implementing a robust compliance management framework to cover all applicable laws in India. This includes safety, environmental, labour & HR, plant & machinery, and other statutory requirements. The selected candidate will also support the Company Secretary in driving Anti-Bribery Management Systems (ABMS) and ensuring adherence to ethical, legal, and regulatory standards across the organization.This position is critical in driving compliance excellence and promoting a culture of ethics within the organization.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement compliance frameworks to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulationsProvide regulatory monitoring and advisory services to ensure ongoing complianceExecute and report on compliance initiatives to senior management and stakeholdersManage Anti-Bribery & Ethics program to prevent corruption and promote integrityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive compliance awareness and best practices
