You will be the first point of contact for potential candidates, making this a highly interactive and communication-centric position.Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing & Screening: Actively search for candidates via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and screen resumes based on job requirements.Telephonic Interviewing: Conduct a high volume of cold calls and initial phone screenings to shortlist candidates.Candidate Interaction: Explain job roles, company culture, and interview procedures clearly to candidates in both English and Hindi.Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers and follow up to ensure attendance.Database Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, candidate status, and feedback in the internal database/Excel.Follow-ups: rigorous follow-up with candidates from the initial call until the final joining date.What We Are Looking ForCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal communication is a must.
