We're seeking a highly skilled Learning & Development Professional to lead the design and delivery of impactful learning programs across our global organization.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies that drive measurable improvements in employee performance and productivity.Create engaging and effective training content for e-learning, virtual, and live sessions, with clear learning objectives and measurable outcomes.Analyze skill gaps and business priorities to design targeted learning interventions that address performance barriers.Evaluate and refine key KPIs, including time-to-perform, new hire ramp-up time, training completion and application rates, and measurable performance improvements.Design and execute career development pathways that accelerate internal mobility and strengthen leadership and functional talent pipelines.Collaborate with business leaders to ensure all learning initiatives are strategically aligned with department goals, driving both capability building and business impact.About This RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to accelerating scientific research and education.
