This boutique consulting firm specializes in M&A tax and structuring services for diverse clients.Responsibilities include:Structuring potential mergers and acquisition deals.Undertaking slump sales, share transfers, merger, demerger and restructuring activities.Tax due diligence services, advising on tax implications for the corporate in the mergers dealStart-up, real estate and e-commerce advisory services, with focused industry insights.Fund structuring and advisory services - transaction advisory in relation to fund raises, shareholder realignments and investor exits. Assist in implementing an efficient structure.Business model advisory services, handling negotiations with strategic investors, spot deal issues, identify economic constraints & risk appetite from the perspective of strategic and private equity investorsFamily succession planning structures.Requirements:Qualified Chartered Accountant.At least 2 years post-qualification experience in tax consultancy from top-tier firms.Solid understanding of Direct Taxation / M&As in diverse industries.Location: Bangalore.
