Role Overview:
As a Marketing Executive, you will be the architect of impactful brand experiences. You will work closely with clients, creative teams, and leadership to design strategies that bring brand narratives to life. From research and ideation to execution and delivery, you’ll guide brands on their journey to connect with the right audience and stand out in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct brand discovery sessions to understand client goals, values, and vision.
• Perform in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify challenges, trends, and opportunities.
• Develop brand strategies including brand positioning, architecture, archetypes, buyer personas, and messaging frameworks.
• Craft compelling brand stories that resonate with audiences and establish emotional connections.
• Collaborate with leadership and content teams to develop campaigns, taglines, and naming strategies.
• Develop strategic documents, situational analyses, and creative briefs to stakeholders.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to ideate brand names, taglines, and content strategies.
• Guide the development of social media strategies to align with brand messaging and communication goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., content, design, and development) to ensure seamless execution of brand strategies.
• Deliver impactful client presentations and nurture strong client relationships.
Skills & Experience:
• 2-4 years of experience in Brand Strategy, Marketing, or Communication roles.
• Strong background in brand storytelling, brand messaging, and positioning.
• Expertise in conducting market research and competitive analyses.
• Proficiency in strategic tools and frameworks for crafting brand narratives.
• Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to translate strategies into actionable insights.
• Strong grasp of social media strategy and audience behavior across platforms.
• Ability to ideate and collaborate on naming, content creation, and campaign concepts.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• A creative mindset, strategic thinking, and a passion for innovation in branding.
• Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, Figma, Miro, or similar is a plus.
