Job Description: Treasury & Risk Management Professional
Position: Treasury & Risk Management – Treasury
Experience Required: 2 to 7 Years
Qualification:
CA Inter / ICWA / CMA / CFA / B.Com / M.Com / BBA / PGDBM or any relevant accounting degree.
Key Responsibilities:
Treasury Operations:
Manage Fixed Deposit Receipts (FDR), Mutual Funds (MF), Letters of Credit (LC), Loans, Cash Credit (CC), and Working Capital Demand Loans (WCDL) products.
Monitor and optimize treasury operations ensuring cost-effective fund utilization.
Risk Management:
Identify, evaluate, and mitigate financial risks related to treasury functions.
Implement best practices for managing liquidity and minimizing financial exposure.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure compliance with TDS and GST regulations.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial and regulatory reports.
SAP & Accounting Integration:
Leverage SAP modules for treasury and financial operations.
Maintain and reconcile financial records aligned with accounting standards.
Accounting Knowledge Application:
Assist in financial analysis and support audit processes.
Work closely with the finance team to ensure seamless accounting operations.
Key Requirements:
Technical Expertise:
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Exposure to SAP ERP modules.
Regulatory Compliance Knowledge:
Understanding of TDS and GST compliances.
Financial Product Knowledge:
Hands-on experience with FDRs, Mutual Funds, LC, Loans, CC, and WCDL.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
