Technical Selling with Application Engineering skills to provide sustainable belting solution ad customer complaint timely resolution. Establish high level customer centricity & business relationships to generate more business avenues and provide timely solutions and service to exceed customer satisfaction. Cross functional team collaboration to meet the business objectives and problem solving. Deliver targeted sales revenue and growth and timely collection of accounts receivable. Analyze, forecast and balance the product demand and supply in accordance with OEM requirements. Negotiation skills with OEMs/End Users for improved profitability and price increases. Adoption of CRM Sales Force Management at all stages. Accountabilities: • Strategic Growth deliverables in the region for Industrial Power Transmission OEM Business in alignment to India objectives. • CRM Salesforce Adoption, Sales Forecasting & KPI achievement. • New Business Development: Focused Segments / Customers / Products. • Generation of Leads, Business Opportunities & Conversion to Sales. • Understanding customer requirements and working with application engineering team to provide timely sustainable belting solution and opportunity conversion to business. • Customer Satisfaction: On-Time Delivery & Customer Complaint Resolving. • Accounts Receivable: Timely receipt of Customer Payments. • Local product level pricing in alignment to India BU pricing directives. • CFT Coordination for Customer Audit / PPAP / NPD / Localization. • Coordination with SCM, MU and Customer Support for timely deliveries. • Time bound MIS reporting. Requirements of the job: 10+ Years experience in Industrial Power Transmission techno-commercial products to OEMs/ End Users. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with application engineering background / Relevant Industry experience. Market knowledge of industry segments, customers and competition on Power Transmission products. Influential & Strong Communication building customer relationships & Internal Managerial/Collaborative Skills Analytical, Problem solving, ability to multi-task, forecasting & independently drive & lead to deliver KPIs. Proven track record of achieving deliverables on new business development, sales revenue & growth. High level of customer centricity providing timely solutions and service winning customer confidence. Understanding and exposure to TS16949/ISO 9001 for handling OEM business / PPAP and audits is preference. Experience in operating in a global work environment with diversity & inclusiveness and outside-in mindset. Proficiency in languages of English & Spoken Hindi and local languages.
