Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Network Design Engineer to join our team.As a Network Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing network solutions that meet the business requirements of our organization.Understanding and reviewing business requirements, high-level designs, and low-level designs.Preparing provisioning procedures, MoP, and configuration templates for production trial and service implementation.Solution delivery into lab, preproduction, and production environments.Owning respective platforms for the entire lifecycle of the platform.Gaining high-level detailed knowledge of hardware and software to consult with test engineers, design engineers, and vendors.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and review business requirements, high-level designs, and low-level designs.Prepare provisioning procedures, MoP, and configuration templates for production trial and service implementation.Deliver solutions into lab, preproduction, and production environments.Own respective platforms for the entire lifecycle of the platform.Gain high-level detailed knowledge of hardware and software to consult with test engineers, design engineers, and vendors.RequirementsThe ideal candidate should have:Fortinet NSE4 certification.Strong hands-on experience with FortiGate firewalls.Solid understanding of firewall architecture.Good understanding of configuring firewall policies, address objects, NAT, interfaces, zones, dynamic routing, logging, and building VDOMs.Basic routing and switching knowledge.Service provider experience.Advantageous SkillsThe following skills are advantageous:Knowledge of Nokia SROS, F5 LTM/GTM, and Mobile 5G SA technologies.Ability to apply Open-config and vendor-specific NETCONF-YANG models, JSON, and XML payload for network automation.Strong knowledge of Python and GIT.
