Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Solution Architect. This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing complex solutions across multiple systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure services, as well as experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving large-scale transformation programs. They will also possess strong stakeholder communication skills and the ability to influence senior leadership.Main Responsibilities:Design and implement end-to-end solution architectures for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform implementationsLead high-level workshops and discovery sessions with business and IT stakeholdersTranslate complex business requirements into technical solution designs and architectural decisionsRequired Skills & Qualifications:14+ years of total experience, with 8+ years in Dynamics 365 CE / CRMDeep expertise in CE modules: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service (optional but preferred)Hands-on solutioning experience across C#, .NET, JavaScript, PCF, plugins, workflows, and customizationsPower Platform Expertise: Architectural-level experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse architecture & governance, Power Platform Pipelines & ALMIntegration & Azure Expertise: Strong experience in architecting integrations using Azure API Management, Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Dataverse REST APIEnterprise Leadership Skills: Experience leading cross-functional development teams, strong stakeholder communication and ability to influence senior leadershipBenefits:Dream job opportunity for ambitious professionalsDynamic work environment with flexible working hoursProfessional growth and career development opportunitiesHow to Apply:To apply, please submit your resume and cover letter highlighting your relevant skills and experience.
