Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Expert

Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud SpecialistJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical development, specifically in the area of payroll.Responsibilities:Develop and support payroll data extracts, BIP and OTBI solutions, and HDL components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and document specifications. Perform unit testing and regression testing of RICE components. Troubleshoot issues and provide expert technical support for integrations, reports, and large data imports/extractions.Requirements:A Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field is required. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules and payroll area. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) are essential. Experience working on night shifts is preferred.Skills and Qualifications:* Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud technologies* Proficient in SQL/PL SQL tuning and programming* Experience with Fast Formula development and RTF template updates* Knowledge of SDLC and JIRA* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamWhat We Offer:A dynamic and challenging work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
