Job Title: Senior Language Expert - Emirati Arabic This role defines linguistic rules, guidelines, and quality frameworks while mentoring senior linguists and linguistic engineers. About the Role:Own end-to-end linguistic quality and correctness for the assigned language.Develop linguistic guidelines, rulebooks, and standards for annotation and evaluation.Review complex linguistic cases, escalations, and edge-case exceptions.Oversee NLU, ASR, and TTS linguistic evaluations.Conduct weekly calibrations and oversee quality stability.Mentor senior linguists and linguistic engineers within the language pod.Support test set creation, adversarial case identification, and diagnostics.Key Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of linguistic accuracy and quality in their assigned language.
