The role requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal and organizational skills who can ensure smooth HR operations and support business objectives effectively.Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.Handle employee lifecycle activities including joining formalities, confirmations, transfers, and separations.Administer payroll inputs, attendance management, and leave records in coordination with the accounts department.Support performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions.Maintain and update HR records, employee database, and personnel files.Assist in designing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals.Address employee grievances and support a positive and compliant work environment.Coordinate training and development programs and maintain related documentation.Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other labor laws.Prepare HR reports, analytics, and dashboards for management review.Key Skills and Competencies:Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3–6 years of relevant experience in HR operations or generalist roles.Experience in manufacturing, R&D, or service industries preferred."Join our fast-growing company, where innovation, collaboration, and growth drive everything we do."You can email CVs at Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹500, ₹600,000.00 per yearEducation:Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience:HR: 5 years (Preferred)Work Location: In person
