Position -Sr. Account Executive at Montessa Office - Surat

Skills Required -SAP knowledge and Experience in CA Firm is required

Salary Range Up to 40 K

Timing: 10:00 AM to 06:30 PM

Working Days: 5 Days

How You Will Add Value (Core responsibilities)


• Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.


• Create accounting vouchers, general entries, credit/debit notes, and purchase/sales entries.
• Handle GST returns (GSTR 1, 3B, 2A/2B, 9) and resolve GST-related issues.


• Manage Income Tax filing and TDS return filing processes.


• Produce accurate accounting reports and present financial results.


• Analyze financial data and summarize overall financial status.


• Identify errors and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost control.


• Supervise accounting assistants and bookkeepers.


• Assist with tax audits, tax returns, and ensure compliance in internal/external audits.


• Support month-end/year-end closing, maintain accounting policies and internal controls, and ensure confidentiality; proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
