Job OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our advertising team, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid digital advertising campaigns that drive business growth and customer engagement.Your primary focus will be on leveraging platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and others to deliver high-quality leads and conversions. You will work closely with our creative and content teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and maximize campaign impact.In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your analytical skills, working with data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. You will also have the chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve company goals.To succeed in this position, you should have a strong understanding of digital advertising principles and best practices. Experience with digital tools, dashboards, and workflow systems is essential. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are also required.Key Responsibilities:Develop, manage, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.Prepare performance reports and insights to guide strategic decisions.Requirements:Experience running paid ads on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities.Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and strong sense of responsibility.Comfort working with digital tools, dashboards, and workflow systems.Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate.
