Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Process Trainer to join our team. The Process Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to employees across various departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of our company's processes, procedures, and products/services, and will be able to effectively train employees to ensure high performance and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop training materials, manuals, and other resources to support training programs.
  • Conduct training sessions for new hires as well as ongoing training for existing employees.
  • Assess training needs and develop training plans to address gaps and improve performance.
  • Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback and coaching to ensure skill development and proficiency.
  • Collaborate with department managers and supervisors to identify training needs and requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve training programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience as a process trainer or similar role in a related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.



  • Ability to effectively deliver training in both individual and group settings.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in training or instructional design is a plus.
