We are seeking a skilled and passionate Software Quality Assurance Specialist with strong expertise in Python and TestComplete (Web Automation).The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining automation frameworks, writing test scripts, and performing manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, and cross-browser testing.Key skills include experience with Jira, BDD frameworks, API testing, and working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.ResponsibilitiesAutomation Framework Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable and reusable web automation frameworks using TestComplete with Python scripting.Test Script Development: Develop, execute, and debug automation test scripts for web applications using TestComplete.Manual Testing: Perform functional, exploratory, smoke, and regression testing manually when required.Cross-Browser Testing: Execute automated and manual test cases across browsers like Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.Test Data Management: Prepare, manage, and maintain test data for automated and manual test cycles.Defect Reporting: Identify, document, track, and report defects using Jira.Collaboration: Work closely with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure testing objectives are met and quality standards are maintained.Regression Testing: Maintain and execute automated and manual regression suites to ensure application stability.CI/CD Integration: Integrate TestComplete automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.).Required Skills & ToolsAutomation Tool: TestComplete (Web Automation)Programming/Scripting Languages: Python (primary)Testing Frameworks: PyTest or unittestBDD Frameworks: Behave or similar (optional but preferred)Manual Testing: Functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testingProject Management & Defect Tools: Jira, ConfluenceVersion Control: Git, BitbucketCI/CD Tools: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLabAPI Testing: Python Requests, Postman, or similarMethodologies: Agile, ScrumAdditional Desired SkillsPerformance Testing: Experience with tools like JMeterCloud Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure) preferredDocumentation: Ability to create detailed test cases, test plans, and KT documentationProblem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability.
