Knowledge of Tally is a must.• Familiarity with tax laws and regulations, including corporate income tax, GST, and payrolltax.• Familiarity with industry-specific accounting practices, regulations, and market dynamicsTotal Experience: • Minimum of 8-14 years years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 4 years in asupervisory role.Desired Skill: • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.• Organizational and time management skills• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and the ability to meet tight deadlines• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present financialinformation to non-financial stakeholders.Desired Qualification: • B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance)• Professional Qualification will be a plusReports to: CFO
