You will work closely with cross-functional teams to break down complex problems into actionable features and stories. Demonstrate expertise in RCM terms, industry standards, and our applications and information flow; Understand, analyze, and document business needs; Build process flows for current and future states; Develop and maintain a forward-looking product backlog; Prioritize backlog items based on changing requirements; Collaborate with engineering teams to clarify business requirements; Present requirements to the team during sprint planning; Work with offshore engineering teams to clarify business requirements; Participate in grooming, scrum meetings, and product sprints; Perform feature acceptance; Demonstrate deliverables to stakeholders;Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need strong collaboration skills, experience working in an Agile environment using scrum methodologies, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
