In this role, you'll be the strategic mind behind our paid media campaigns. Your role will be pivotal in crafting, executing, and optimizing campaigns across various platforms to maximize ROI and drive brand awareness. If you have a knack for analytics, a creative flair, and a passion for digital marketing, we want to hear from youResponsibilities:Developing, executing, and optimizing cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launchWorking cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organizationProviding ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholdersDefining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media KPIsBuilding out media buys for various ad platforms and overseeing the day-to-day execution of paid mediaOverseeing and managing the overall budget for paid mediaConducting in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targetingMaintaining knowledge of industry best practices and new technologiesDevelop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.Create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports and actionable insights.Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to ensure maximum ROI.Collaborate with our content and creative teams to align paid media strategies with overall marketing goals.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and platform updates.Requirements:Proven experience as a PPC Specialist, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar roleStrong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including PPC, CPC, CPA, and ROIProficiency in Google, LinkedIn and Meta Ads requiredHands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other ad platformsProficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insightsEfficient with keyword research using tools like – SemRush, AhrefsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExperience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization is a plus.
