This is a high-responsibility, high-ownership role for someone who lives and breathes Meta Ads, understands the business side of marketing, and can confidently speak with clients.šŸ” About the RoleYouā€™ll manage Meta Ads for our North American clients, own performance tracking, handle influencer onboarding, and work closely with graphic designers and content teams. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, client-ready, and deeply experienced in paid Meta campaigns (especially in setting up tracking, pixels, conversions, etc.).šŸ’¼ Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for brands across North AmericaRun performance reports and improve KPIs like ROAS, CPL, CTR, etc.Set up Meta Pixels, custom events, and conversion tracking (incl. third-party integrations)Join client meetings, handle calls, and present campaign insights confidentlyIdentify and onboard influencers, negotiate deals, and coordinate content for Instagram (reels, stories, posts)Schedule content and manage Instagram content calendars with the design teamConduct competitor and trend analysis to propose new ideas and strategiesOptimize Google My Business profiles for local SEO and brand visibilityāœ… Must-Have Qualifications4ā€“5+ years of Meta Ads experience (agency only)Deep understanding of pixels, conversions, events, retargeting & lookalike strategiesComfortable handling client meetings and calls directlyExcellent spoken and written EnglishExperience working with influencers & content strategyStrong knowledge of Instagram content planning & scheduling toolsFamiliarity with tools like Meta Events Manager, Google Tag Manager, and tracking softwarešŸ’” Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress, or ClickFunnelsUnderstanding of Canadian/U.S. market behavioršŸ•’ Working HoursFull-time | Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ESTMust be fully available during Canadian business hoursšŸŒŽ LocationRemote
