We are seeking a professional to fill the role of Gold Loan Officer. This position involves evaluating loan applications and documentation, assessing the purity and market value of gold items, and providing excellent customer service.Job Description:Evaluate loan applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.Determine loan amounts based on the purity, weight, and market value of gold items.Perform credit appraisals and disburse loans according to established policies.Deliver high-quality customer service, addressing queries before and after loan disbursement.Built strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction.Promote and sell gold loan products to new and existing customers.A graduate degree and at least 2 years of experience in banking or non-banking financial services, particularly in gold loans, are required. Sales experience is beneficial for sales-focused roles.
