1. Store & Material Operations • Manage receipt, inspection coordination, storage, and issue of  RM/BO/Consumables/FG. • Ensure correct binning, tagging, and FIFO/FEFO adherence. • Execute kitting & issue as per production schedules and job cards. • Maintain stock for assembly, machine shop, R&D and Kanban stores. 2. Inventory Accuracy • Maintain 100% material traceability & documentation. • Perform cycle counting, perpetual inventory and monthly physical stock  verification. • Ensure zero -gap between physical & ERP stocks. • Highlight inventory discrepancies and drive corrective actions. 3. ERP & Digital Execution • Oversee real -time transactions in Expandx ERP (GRN, Issue, Return, Transfer). • Work closely with digital/IT team for barcode & system improvements. • Support implementation of Barcode/QR systems, Kanban, dashboards &  digitized records. 4. Production Support • Ensure material availability for daily production plan. • Coordinate closely with Production, QA, Planning & Purchase. • Track shortages and drive fast closure with concerned teams. 5. Vendor & Logistics Coordination • Coordinate inward logistics with suppliers and transporters. • Validate supplier documentation — challan, invoice, test certificates. • Support returnable / rejected material handling & documentation. 6. Lean, Safety & Compliance • Maintain 5S/6S, safety discipline & audit readiness in Stores. • Implement Lean material flow practices (Kanban, standard racks, shadow  boards). • Participate in internal & external audits (ISO & customer audits). 7. Reporting & MIS Prepare and share reports on: • Daily GRN & issue status • Inventory health & ageing • Material shortages and open GRN • Slow -moving, non -moving & excess inventory • Stock variance reports and RCA Key KPIs • Inventory Accuracy – > 98% • On -Time Material Issue – > 95% • GRN Posting Lead Time – < 24 hrs • Stock Ageing Reduction (as per target) • Zero line stoppages due to stores • 5S Audit Score Compliance • System discipline in ERP & KanbanRequirements Education • Diploma / BE / Any Graduate (preferably in Supply Chain, Mechanical, Industrial) • Certification in Stores / Inventory / Lean Management – Preferred Experience • 6 – 10 years of experience in store operations in manufacturing industry (preferably electronics / engineering / automotive / precision components) Technical Skills • ERP / MRP knowledge (Expandx preferred but not mandatory) • Excel & store MIS report handling • Knowledge of inventory control methods (FIFO, FEFO, ABC analysis, Kanban) • Familiarity with ISO, 5S, audit compliance Behavioural Skills • High ownership & discipline • Communication & coordination skills • Ability to handle pressure and fast -moving demand • Team handling skills (store operators, assistants
