Job Title: Quality Assurance ManagerWe are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the entire quality lifecycle of credit risk strategies and scorecard integrations. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving end-to-end strategy logic validation, ensuring accurate implementation of business rules, and maintaining meticulous test plans and result documentation.Validate UAT results through comprehensive decision integration testing to confirm correct strategy execution.Perform in-depth unit testing on individual credit strategies or rule components to verify proper business logic implementation.Utilize SAS for extracting, validating, and analyzing test data, comparing results against expected outputs.Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and result documentation for each testing cycle.Design and implement Excel-based validation templates and reporting tools to facilitate business stakeholder review.Ensure audit-ready documentation and facilitate go-live readiness through thorough UAT sign-offs.Key Skills and QualificationsExpert proficiency in SAS programming – data extraction, manipulation, and validation.Proven experience in testing or validating credit risk or decision engine strategies (e.g., application, behavior, or collections strategies).Hands-on expertise with UAT management, test planning, and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM).High-level proficiency in MS Excel for validation, reconciliation, and reporting.Deep understanding of credit risk management processes and decisioning frameworks (scorecards, rules, cut-offs, overrides).Experience in documenting testing results, preparing summary reports, and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
