As a Program Advisor, you'll connect with potential learners, guide them through our programs, and help them take the next big step in their careers. Key Responsibilities ● Connect with potential customers through calls, emails, and follow-ups. ● Reach out to webinar/masterclass registrants before sessions and engage with them post-sessions. ● Build a quick rapport, understand learner needs, and recommend suitable programs. ● Explain program features, address queries, and ensure smooth enrollment. ● Maintain lead data and communication updates in CRM. ● Track key metrics such as connects made, meaningful conversations, and conversions. ● Identify opportunities for upselling and continuous engagement. Role Requirements Essential: ● Excellent English communication skills (non-negotiable). ● Comfortable speaking with senior professionals. ● Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills. ● Flexibility to work US night shifts (9:00 PM – 7:00 AM). ● Curiosity or interest in AI and emerging tech. Nice-to-Have: ● Exposure to marketing (SEO, performance marketing).
