Job Title: Global Sales Head
Location: Bengaluru, India
We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Global Sales Head to lead our sales efforts in the IT Services and Consulting domain. This leadership role demands a visionary sales professional with extensive experience in developing business strategies, building client relationships, and achieving revenue goals in a competitive global market.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Leadership
- Define and implement global sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the client portfolio in the IT services and consulting sectors.
- Establish and monitor key sales performance metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities globally, with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Develop strategies for penetrating new markets and expanding the company's footprint.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with high-value clients, understanding their business objectives and offering tailored solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Operations Management
- Oversee sales pipeline management, forecast revenues, and ensure timely reporting to the executive team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to align efforts and deliver value-driven solutions to clients.
Market Insights and Competitive Analysis
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive activities.
- Develop actionable insights to refine sales strategies and enhance market positioning.
Team Leadership and Development
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing global sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in sales leadership roles within IT services and consulting, with a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of IT solutions and consulting services, with expertise in B2B sales, relationship management, and deal negotiation.
- Global Acumen: Demonstrated ability to manage and grow sales across international markets.
- Communication & Presentation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences.
- Analytical Thinking: Data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive experience in building and scaling sales teams in the IT services industry.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, cloud, and automation.
- Strong understanding of cultural nuances and business practices in global markets.
