Executive Director of Pricing StrategyThe Executive Director of Pricing Strategy plays a pivotal role in ensuring the organization's pricing strategy is aligned with business objectives, fostering profitable growth and competitiveness.Key Responsibilities:Pricing Governance & FrameworkDevelop and implement a robust pricing framework, encompassing cost-plus, value-based, and market-based models, to guide service line pricing decisions.Maintain consistency and control across geographies, verticals, and deal types through standardized pricing governance.Deal Pricing & Bid SupportLead the pricing process for new RFPs, renewals, and change requests, collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Delivery teams.Model financial outcomes (P&L, IRR, payback period) to assess commercial viability and recommend optimal commercial structures.Cost Modeling & BenchmarkingDevelop and maintain accurate cost models across regions and service lines, accounting for labor, tech, infrastructure, and overhead costs.Benchmark pricing and costs against market data to ensure competitiveness and monitor variance between estimated and actual delivery costs.Profitability ManagementAnalyze deal-level and portfolio-level profitability, identifying margin improvement levers and collaborating with delivery and finance teams to drive margin expansion initiatives.Track price realization versus contracted rates and provide insights on pricing performance and client behavior.Commercial Analytics & InsightsBuild pricing dashboards and tools to monitor trends, elasticity, and competitive dynamics, providing actionable insights for leadership.Enable data-driven decision making through the analysis of pricing performance and client behavior.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Sales, FP&A, and Operations teams to align pricing with delivery capabilities and financial targets, driving organizational success.Support Finance during budgeting and forecasting with pricing and revenue insights.Continuous Improvement & AutomationImplement automation tools, such as CPQ, pricing databases, and margin simulators, to streamline pricing processes and improve response times.Continuously refine methodologies based on deal performance and feedback, driving process improvements.Knowledge: MBA, Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration. 13-15 years' experience in financial reporting, planning, and analysis. Corporate forecasting and accounting experience.
