Role PurposeThe Product Manager (AI) will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of AI-driven products. This role requires strong knowledge of AI/ML, user needs, product thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable and impactful AI solutions.Key Responsibilities1. Product Strategy & VisionDefine vision and roadmap for AI/ML products aligned with business goals.Identify customer pain points, market gaps, and emerging AI trends.Set product KPIs and performance metrics.2. Roadmap & ExecutionCreate and manage product roadmaps, requirements, and user stories.Work with engineering and data science teams to deliver features on time.Conduct A/B tests, pilots, and validation experiments.3. Customer & Market InsightsPerform market analysis and competitive benchmarking.Gather customer feedback through interviews and data analytics.Convert insights into actionable product decisions.4. AI/ML ExpertiseUnderstand LLMs, model selection, fine-tuning, and evaluation.Collaborate with technical teams on architecture, data pipelines, and deployment.Ensure responsible AI practices, privacy, and compliance.5. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork with design, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.Drive communication across stakeholders and leadership.Support GTM launches, positioning, and product documentation.Required SkillsTechnical SkillsUnderstanding of AI/ML fundamentals, LLMs, generative AI.Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps workflows.Knowledge of APIs, data pipelines, and model evaluation.Product SkillsExperience managing AI or data-driven product lifecycles.Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.Expertise in PRDs, product specs, and backlog management.Soft SkillsClear communication and stakeholder management.Strategic thinking and strong ownership.Preferred QualificationsMBA or Master’s in Engineering/CS.AI/ML, Product Management, or Cloud certifications.Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise-level AI products.
