Role Overview: We’re seeking a dynamic Product Manager to drive product vision, strategy, and execution, working closely with our development and business teams to deliver exceptional AI-powered solutions. Key Responsibilities: Define and execute product strategy aligned with FYORA’s business goals. Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to manage the product lifecycle from conception through launch. Translate user requirements into actionable product features and roadmaps. Manage and prioritize product backlog and development sprints. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product direction. Track and analyze key metrics, user feedback, and product performance to guide iterations. Qualifications: 3+ years experience in product management, preferably within tech or AI-based startups. Proven experience managing products from concept to launch. Strong understanding of AI, automation technologies, and SaaS platforms. Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Notion). Preferred Skills: Experience working directly with development teams (especially in AI/ML). Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
