In 2023, the company transitioned to virtual worlds to enhance visibility and revenue generation for video game IPs, studios and creators.
Arth House started with design research and creative education workshops in Bangalore, reaching ages 7-77, including working with children with autism.
The company has also undertaken B2B strategic communication film projects for NGOs, small businesses, and large corporations.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote/hybrid role for a Game Designer at Arth House located in Bangalore North.
The Game Designer will be responsible for level design, gameplay features and systems. economy design is a plus.
Game development experience is not essential but valued.
Get a chance to design cross platform, creating gamified experiences for PC, console and mobile.
The role will involve translating ideas into engaging gameplay mechanics, designing game features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality gaming experiences.
There will be a mandatory (remote) test.
If selected you will be compensated for the test.
If not, you will receive feedback.
Qualifications
- Game Design or Game Development projects to showcase skills
- Experience in creating Fortnite and HypeHype games is valued
- Strong creative problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully in a collaborative team environment
- Proficiency in game development tools and software is a plus
- Prior experience in the gaming industry is a big plus
- Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Computer Science, or Game Design Experience
- UEFN Fortnite, HypeHype and Roblox games count as experience
- Finished protos and game projects also count
