Job Title: Receptionist cum Coordinator
Location: B-1401, Sankalp Square 3, Nr Hotel Taj, Sindhu Bhavan Road, Ahmedabad

Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Receptionist cum Coordinator to manage front desk operations and support administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming experience while efficiently coordinating between teams to streamline daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
• Greet visitors and clients professionally, ensuring a warm and positive first impression.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
Coordination Duties:
• Act as a point of contact between various departments to facilitate communication.
• Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and conference.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Follow up on tasks and deadlines with internal teams to ensure timely completion.
• Update and maintain office records, files, and databases.
Administrative Support:
• Assist with event planning and execution, such as employee engagement activities or client meetings.
• Handle basic accounting tasks like invoicing or expense tracking when required.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Education: Minimum graduate degree in any field; diploma in administration or secretarial studies is a plus.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in reception, administration, or coordination roles preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of office management tools is an advantage.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
• Languages: Proficiency in [specify languages, e.g., English, Hindi, or Gujarati] is desirable.
