Position: Business Development / Marketing Coordinator (Freshers Welcome)
Location: B1401, Sankalp Square 3, Near Taj Skyline, Sindhu bhavan Road, Ahmedabad (Full-Time, On-Site)
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Coordination: Act as the primary liaison for overseas customers, ensuring smooth and efficient communication.
• Inter-Department Collaboration: Bridge gaps between departments to enhance workflow and operational efficiency.
• Marketing and Outreach: Execute marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and direct customer interactions, to boost brand visibility.
• Order Management: Manage the complete order process, from placement and container booking to accurate tracking and fulfillment.
• Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve order-related issues to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the chemical industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
