Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our data solutions team. This role involves strategic and operational leadership, managing Principal Analysts across APAC and collaborating with data engineering, development, and global teams.This position requires:Over 7 years of experience in data solutions, analytics, BI, or data product roles, including recent people management.Demonstrable experience within General Insurance data domains.Expert-level proficiency in Power BI (Premium, XMLA, ALM, optimization, governance).Experience with Snowflake and/or AWS Redshift, plus ETL/ELT tooling such as Informatica.Strong background in semantic model design and unified enterprise data models.Hands-on experience delivering GenAI applications (RAG, embeddings, LLM prototyping), with understanding of responsible AI.Experience implementing enterprise data catalog and lineage platforms.Strong understanding of data governance, metadata, lineage, and data quality across multiple markets.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have:A strong track record of success in data leadership roles.Proven expertise in data governance, metadata, and data quality.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.BenefitsThis is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to grow professionally and contribute their expertise to a dynamic organization.
