OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our team in building a modern data platform on AWS.Job DescriptionDesign, develop and optimize complex data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows using various tools and technologies.Migrate legacy data solutions to modern cloud-native services such as AWS.Implement and manage scalable data lake architectures using Apache Iceberg and AWS Glue.Work with Redshift for advanced data warehousing solutions including performance optimization and modeling.Apply robust data quality and observability practices to ensure data accuracy and reliability.Ensure effective data governance and metadata management across the organization.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data architects and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality data solutions.Required Skills and QualificationsProven experience in designing, developing and optimizing large-scale data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows.Strong understanding of cloud computing, particularly AWS, and its services.Familiarity with data warehousing and big data analytics technologies, including Redshift and Apache Iceberg.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.BenefitsAs a Senior Data Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the development of a modern data platform.
