Senior ArchitectAn accomplished Senior Architect is sought to spearhead architectural projects with expertise in project management, team leadership, and design innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Chief Architect in daily management and change management throughout the project lifecycle.Develop and manage project schedules and timelines, ensuring timely completion and high-quality delivery.Contribute to the documentation and dissemination of industry standards, best practices, and advancements.Participate in project kick-off meetings to identify tasks, issues, and collaboration requirements.Establish and maintain Revit/CAD systems for new projects, working closely with junior architects.Maintain compliance with company and client-specific standards, including CAD and file management.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve project issues, such as coordination, scheduling, and technical concerns.Develop building designs and detailed drawings using computer-aided software, ensuring excellent design quality and documentation.Coordinate with architects and technicians to achieve high-quality designs and documentation, meeting or exceeding QA standards.Manage deliverables on schedule, coordinating with interdisciplinary/sub-consultants as needed.
