They would:Requirements:Proven work experience as an Expeditor or similar role (5 years minimum)Experience in project management, from conception to deliveryAn ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.Strong client-facing and communication skills.Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.Educational Qualification- minimum bachelor's degree in business management.Prefer candidates who can join immediately.Must speak English.Job DescriptionGo through the terms and conditions of the Purchase Order once received from Purchasing Dept.  (Check the supplier Order Conformation thoroughly is in line with our PO, report any inaccuracies & confirm delivery is in line with requirements) --- Order Confirmation to be uploaded in ERP & update status of activity done in ERP status update.In case of deviation –between the submitted offer and Purchase Order coordinate with the Buyer.Follow up on order acknowledgment.Amendment of PO in case of changes, Subject to approved by Dept. Manager / Branch Manager.In case of LC issue LC application and submit the same to the accounts dept via ERP.Follow up on order and update ERP (status update) on every follow up.Inspection notification to be issued via ERP to QA dept.Prepare shipping entry in ERP on receipt of the shipping advise from supplier.Follow up on shipping and clearing documents from the supplier on time, well in advance before the vessel arrives.Any other clarification related to MTC, Short shipment, damage of material – liaising with QA dept. and suppliers.General correspondence related to the orders and enquiries. (also, to be updated in status update of ERP)Maintain healthy and strong relationship with the suppliers.Maintain all records in accordance with ERP system practices.Updating Daily Task Report in ERPResponsible to complete any other work assigned by Dept Manager / Branch Manager / Management.
