Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Lead to join our Information Technology Team. This individual will be responsible for driving the improvement of our IT security posture by:Engaging with technology stakeholders to proactively identify cybersecurity risks at a detailed and technical level;Designing and implementing technical risk mitigating measures;Supporting the TRM compliance and ISO 27001 programs;And monitoring and investigating security alerts.Key ResponsibilitiesOur ideal candidate will possess:Strong cybersecurity expertise with a focus on mitigating risks in developed systems, infrastructure, office networks, and cloud environments.The ability to assess and evaluate the IT security aspects and cybersecurity risks of critical software, tools, systems, and third-party vendors.Experience with crafting policies, developing key security and technical processes, and effectively communicating with auditors and regulators.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly when interacting with senior stakeholders, auditors, and regulators.A strong understanding of MAS TRM, ISO 27001, CIS, or equivalent standards, as well as CISM/CISSP certification or equivalent.Additionally, our Cybersecurity Lead will be responsible for creating and conducting IT security training programs for employees, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to maintain a secure work environment.Qualifications and SkillsTo succeed in this role, you should possess:A Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or equivalent.At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial institutions or fintechs.A good appreciation of the enhanced risks associated with cryptocurrency and how to mitigate these risks.If you have DevSecOps experience and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
