Evaluate and grade students' work, including the work performed indesign studios. Prepare and deliver lectures to undergraduate or graduate students andresponsible for ensuring that students learn proper grammar, writing, andreading comprehension, and other courses as assigned. Initiate, facilitate,and moderate classroom discussions. Guide class discussions. Conduct research in a particular field of knowledge and publish findingsin professional journals, books, or electronic media. Research topics in area of expertise: Write articles, books or otheroriginal materials in area of expertise. Plan, evaluate, and revise curricula,course content, and course materials and methods of instruction. Evaluateeffectiveness of educational programs. Develop instructional objectives: Supervise undergraduate or graduateteaching, internship, and research work. Supervise student research orinternship work.Communication SkillsInterpersonal Skills Design, develop and deliver a range of programmes of study (sometimesfor entirely new courses) at various levels. Review on a regular basis course content and materials, updating whenrequired. Develop and apply appropriate teaching techniques and material whichcreate interest, understanding and enthusiasm amongst students. Ensure that course design and delivery comply with the quality standardsand regulations of the university and department.
