Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor at PVP Siddhartha Institute of Technology, located in Penamaluru. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for designing and delivering lectures, creating and assessing assignments, guiding and mentoring students, participating in departmental meetings, and contributing to academic research and publications. Additionally, the Assistant Professor will engage in curriculum development, attend workshops and conferences, and collaborate with colleagues on various academic projects.

Qualifications

  • Strong teaching skills, including lesson planning and classroom management
  • Research skills, including conducting experiments, data analysis, and publishing academic papers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to mentor and guide students effectively
  • Collaboration skills to work with faculty and staff on academic projects
  • A Ph.D. or Master's degree in the relevant field
  • Experience in higher education teaching is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Commitment to continuous professional development
