Job Role: Business Intelligence and Data Visualization SpecialistThe Business Intelligence and Data Visualization Specialist is a highly challenging role that demands exceptional technical skills in handling the entire Business Data Visualization function, along with related applications such as Qlik, Power BI, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). This individual will work closely with the business team to design and implement dashboards, automate processes, and provide data-driven insights for informed decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Qlik Platform Administration & Development: Ensure seamless administration of the Qlik platform, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Develop custom applications using Qlik's development tools.Data Integration & QVD Creation: Design, develop, and maintain data integration solutions using ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) techniques to load data into the Qlik platform.Qlik App Development: Create interactive and informative dashboards using Qlik Sense and QlikView to meet business requirements.Qlik AutoML Integration: Leverage Qlik's AI/ML capabilities to build predictive models and automate reporting tasks.Business KPI Alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and align them with business objectives.Application & N-Printing Management: Manage and maintain all applications within the Qlik platform, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with organizational standards.Alert Monitoring & Data Validation: Establish alert systems to monitor data quality and validate reports to ensure accuracy and reliability.Platform Maintenance & Upgrades: Perform regular maintenance and upgrades to ensure the Qlik platform remains secure, stable, and compliant with regulatory requirements.Power BI Responsibilities:Power BI Report Development: Create engaging and interactive reports using Power BI's reporting tools.Data Modelling & DAX: Develop and maintain complex data models using Power BI's Data Analysis Expressions (DAX).Power BI Service Management: Ensure smooth operation of the Power BI service, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.SAP Analytics (SAC) Responsibilities:SAC Story & Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive stories and dashboards using SAP Analytics Cloud.Data Connectivity & Modelling: Establish data connectivity and develop complex data models using SAC's data modeling tools.Planning & Forecasting: Utilize SAC's planning and forecasting capabilities to create accurate and reliable financial models.Requirements:Provisional Engineering degree with Qlik developer certification.6 to 10 years' experience in a relevant domain (Qlik developer) post-engineering.Extensive experience in building and managing Qlik applications.Leverage the AI/ML module of Qlik for business needs.Proficiency in Qlik Sense, QlikView, and N-Printing.Data modelling, ETL, and visualization best practices.Analytical thinking and problem-solving.Excellent communication and stakeholder management.Strong knowledge of Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Service).Experience with SAP Analytics (SAC).
