Job TitleA skilled ServiceNow IRM Developer is needed to lead the design, configuration, and customization of risk, compliance, and audit workflows.The ideal candidate will possess solid development skills and hands-on project experience in IRM.Risk Management: Develop and customize ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules (Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit) for effective risk lifecycle processes and control implementations.Configuration: Configure scoring models (inherent & residual), controls, and related entities for streamlined risk management.Development: Build and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer workflows for efficient risk identification and mitigation.Risk Scoring: Create custom risk scoring logic and control test workflows based on business requirements.Customization: Develop and enhance GRC Workspaces and custom UI using UI Builder for improved user experience.Integration: Work with integrations (REST/SOAP), data imports, and build reports/dashboards for data-driven decision making.Best Practices: Ensure upgrade-safe, modular, and well-documented development as per ServiceNow best practices.Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders, BA, QA, Admins in an Agile environment for successful project delivery.RequirementsA bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
