Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage ServiceNow Discovery processes across hybrid IT environments.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM, including Discovery, Cloud Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of ServiceNow Discovery in data centers, private cloud, and public cloud platforms.Develop and optimize Discovery Patterns, Probes, and Sensors to ensure comprehensive coverage of hybrid IT.Integrate Discovery outputs with CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management modules.Troubleshoot and resolve Discovery issues across network, VM, and cloud-native services.Requirements4–7+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Cloud Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB).Expertise in enterprise infrastructure, multi-cloud visibility (AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware), and containerized environments (Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker).Familiarity with protocols (SNMP, WMI, SSH, REST, SOAP, JDBC) and strong problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery & Service Mapping.Cloud certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, GCP Cloud Engineer).Exposure to FinOps, Cloud Governance, and Security Operations.
